Our Boutique
Phillo, named after the Greek word for "leaf", is devoted to creating bespoke floral designs that celebrate beauty, texture and form.
Our Chepstow Road boutique in Notting Hill is a light-filled, carefully controlled space, showcasing a stunning array of tropical, exotic, and classical blooms, complemented by a carefully curated selection of plants, bonsai, and cacti, all presented as living works of art in an ever-evolving tapestry of color and elegance.
Our permanent residents, Oscar, a vibrant Green-Winged Macaw, and Lucky, a charismatic Senegal Parrot, add a playful and enchanting presence to the space, embodying the spirit of nature within our boutique.
Phillo's artistry extends far beyond London, travelling across the globe to create unforgettable floral experiences for weddings, parties, and bespoke events - each design a signature expression of beauty and sophistication.
Cemal K. Cemal
Cemal K. Cemal is the Founder and Creative Director of Phillo. After graduating from Imperial College and leaving a successful career in neurogenetics, he followed his lifelong passion for horticulture and art to establish Phillo in 2003.
An RHS award-winning florist serving private and corporate clients, from fashion and beauty brands to bespoke events and wedding worldwide.
